Grammy-nominated singer Jhené Aiko recently hosted an event celebrating cognac brand Martell’s launch of the H.O.M.E. (House of Martell Entertainment) experience. The event also introduced to the influencers in the room Martell Blue Swift, the first Martell VSOP finished in Bourbon casks.
Held at a luxurious residence in the Hollywood Hills, guests included rappers Quavo and Wale, and Nigerian hip-hop artist Mister Incredible, each of whom will be hosting H.O.M.E. by Martell events of their own at later dates. Also attending the event were actor Jamie Foxx, A$AP Ferg, DJ Milli, Lana del Rey and Kelis.
During the event, Aiko presented her distinctive vision of Martell’s art of hosting, with different experiences featured in each room. Guests were also treated to the food Nomadic culinary collective Ghetto Gastro and a signature cocktail created by Aïko using Martell Blue Swift.
“Home entertaining is something I’ve always been passionate about,” Aiko said. “I was excited to curate the first-ever H.O.M.E. by Martell experience, and bring my vision of hosting and Martell’s spirit of curiosity to life.”
Upcoming H.O.M.E. by Martell events will be held in Atlanta and Chicago in October, and Detroit, Washington D.C. and Houston in November. There are also events scheduled in Lagos, Nigeria and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in November.
